Tachi Palace Casino Standard Promo Rules

1. Tachi Palace Casino Resort reserves the right to modify or cancel any and all promotions at any time without prior notice.
2. In the event of technical issues, Tachi Palace Casino Resort Management reserves the right to modify how promotions will be conducted. Must present a valid photo ID to claim or redeem prizes and offers. Accepted forms of photo ID’s include Driver’s License, State ID, Passport, Mexican Consulate, Residential, Military ID and Santa Rosa Tribal ID.
3. Must be 21 years of age or older to participate or redeem offers and promotions.
4. Offers and prizes are non-transferrable.
5. Offers must be redeemed during the specified promotion period.
6. By providing an email address and/or phone number, guests authorize Tachi Palace Casino Resort to contact them with offers and information. Guests may opt out at any time.
7. Guests are responsible for all applicable tax, titles, licenses and additional fees for promotional items won.
8. Tachi Palace Casino Resort is not responsible for lost or stolen offers.
9. Promotional participants are not considered winners until their name is announced casino-wide, even if their name is displayed during the drawing.
10. Tachi Palace Casino Resort requires all winners to provide a valid social security number at the time of winning. This may be done by presenting a social security card or a completed W9. If a valid social security number is unable to be provided at the time of winning the prize will be forfeited.
11.  The only exception to this is if a guest requires a 1042-S to be completed.
12. Tachi Palace Casino Resort assumes no liability once prize has been released to the winner and all appropriate paperwork has been completed.
13. Tachi Palace Casino Resort is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by their advertising or promotional agencies.
14. Tachi Palace Casino Resort reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process of the promotion. Giving false information, resulting in violation of the Official Rules: to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike, disruptive manner with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. If participant is found not to be in compliance with these Official Rules, the disqualification will result with an alternate participant.
15. By participating in any promotion, members agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in the Official Promotion Rules and the Standard Promotional Rules.
16. Participants agree to hold harmless the Tachi Palace Casino Resort from any and all liability. For any injury, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse of the prize, participation in any promotion related activity.
17. Should a 1042-S be filed out for a prize won; 30% of Cash prize will be held automatically, physical prize (i.e. car) the winner will be responsible to pay 30% of the value within Ten (10) minutes after being confirmed a winner .
18. Cash prizes must be claimed at the cage by 11:59 pm on the day of the drawing. Time exceptions may be made for guests (i.e. system malfunction / delay in Everi) on a case-by-case basis.
19. By participating in a promotion guests agree that photographs and videos may be taken of them and used for advertising purposes.
20. Employees of Tachi Palace Casino Resort, affiliates, sales representatives, advertising, and promotional agencies are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
21. All decisions made by Tachi Palace Casino Resort management are final and binding.
22. Immediate family members (spouses, children, and parents of Promotion Associates) are strictly prohibited from participating in any promotional drawings. This rule is non-negotiable and is designed to prevent any potential collusion that could compromise the integrity of the promotion or raise concerns about fairness, whether real or perceived. It is essential to adhere to this exclusion, which does not apply to play-and-earn promotions, such as continuity programs or play-and-earn kiosk games.
