“Official Rules”

1. TO ENTER: Must be a Premiere Club member to participate. Must be playing with their Premiere Club card at the time of the drawing. By participating in the promotion, the guest agrees to be bound by the official rules of the promotion.  This promotion is open only to individuals who, at the time, (i) possess a valid photo identification, (ii) are a Premiere Club Member, and (iii) age 21 or older. Employees of The Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino, affiliates, sales representatives and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate in this promotion. 

2. SELECTION OF WINNER AND ELIGIBILITY FOR PROMOTION: On November 14^th 2019, one (1) winner each hour will be selected beginning at 10:00AM to 7:00PM on Table Games.. Winners will be chosen randomly by a computer-generated program through BRAVO (Table Games tracking system), operated by the Table Games Supervisor and verified by an additional Marketing and/or a Table Games Associate.  Guest must have thirty (30) minutes of play to be eligible for the hot seat. A Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino Premiere Club Associate/ Marketing Coordinator will locate the winner(s) in the Table Game area. Winners must be in the selected seat with their Premiere Club card in use. If no winner(s) is located, we will select a new winner. If no winner(s) if located fifteen (15) minutes prior to the next hour’s hot seat, the prize(s) will be void.  

3. PRIZES:

•  $3,600 each hour

4. CLAIMING PRIZE: Any Tachi Cash prize will automatically be loaded to Premiere Club account. Guest must have in their possession a valid and current photo ID at all times such as a Driver’s License, Passport, Mexican Consulate, Residential, or State or Federal Government ID and social security card at the time of winner verification of drawing. Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino requires all winners to fill out a 1099, W-9, and verifies Social Security Number on all Cash and Cash Value Prize winnings. Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino assumes no liability once prize has been released to the winner and all appropriate paperwork has been completed. Winners are responsible for all applicable Federal & State Taxes. Should a Guest win a physical prize (i.e. Car) and have to fill out a 1042-S due to having no SSN, they are responsible to pay 30% of the value within seven (7) days from when the prize was won. Guest may request a copy of all winnings in the same calendar year. This form is for Miscellaneous Income, per IRS Tax Regulations and must be reported if winnings are more than $600 in the same calendar year. No substitution of prize, transfer of prize or cash alternative permitted. If winner is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, disqualification will result with an alternate winner. Tachi Palace Hotel and Casino reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process of the operation of the Drawing and giving false information, resulting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. The value of the prize may be taxable income.

5. Prize/Odds: Odds of winning in any promotion depend on number of eligible entries received. Prizes are non-transferrable, cannot be assigned, no substitutions, exchanges, or cash equivalents. Limit one (1) prize per Guest, per Promotion day. Management my change prizes without prior notice.

6. General Information: By participating in the Promotion, members agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in these Official Rules, or the Promotion itself, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino, whose decisions are binding and final.  Winners agree that photographs will be taken and used for advertising purposes. Participants agree to hold harmless the Tachi Palace Hotel and Casino from any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use of misuse of the prize, participation in any drawing related activity, or participation in this drawing. The Tachi Palace Hotel and Casino is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by their advertising or promotional agencies.

7. Management reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time and without prior notice.
