  1. TO ENTER: This promotion is open only to individuals who, at the time, are (i) age 18 and older and (ii) posses a valid photo identification. Participants agree to be bound by the official rules of the Promotion. Must be present to win.
  2. PRELIMINARY INFORMATION: Slot Tournament registration will take place on Every Monday beginning on May 6th starting at 11:00AM. Guest must earn 200 points prior to registration. Registration is first come first serve. Points will be counted as of 12:01AM on Tournament days.  Points will be verified at the Slot Tournament Area. All tournament winners must have current and valid photo ID to claim prize.

  3. Sign-ups for Slot Tournament will be open until 3:00PM. However, if the list becomes full with 104 players per tournament, the list will close before designated times. Sign-ups is based on first come, first serve.
  4. Guests must register at the Tournament Bank (29) in the Casino of the Moon during designated time frames and report to the Slot Tournament area 10 (ten) minutes prior to the designated tournament time to participate in tournament.
  5. A maximum of 104 Participants will play 1 (one) session
  6. The actual time of your round will be base on availability at the time that you registered.       
  7. A 5 (FIVE) minute call, prior to the start of each Round, will be announced over the P.A.

    One (1) Round

    104 Players

    Each Round will consist of 13 (thirteen) individual sessions of 2 (two) minutes with a maximum of 8 (eight) players.  Top 3 (three) scores out of 104 participates will win.

    The placement of each winner will be determined by their score in the round.
    *Number of sessions and players may be altered based on turnout.
  8. Tournament Rounds will pay as follow: All tournament winners must have current and valid photo ID to claim prize.

    1st Place

    2nd Place

    $200 in Cash

    3rd Place

    $100 in Cash
  9. There are no partners in this tournament.  Player must be the registered participant. Credits are automatically compiled by the machines and will be totaled at the completion of each session.  Slot machines will be pre-set for each playtime and scores will be tallied after each session. Contestants should play as rapidly as possible by pushing the spin/max bet button. Premiere Club membership cards will not be used and no point value will be earned during the tournament.  
  10. In the event of a tie score in the final round, there will be a spin-off between the participating contestants in question immediately following the Tournament sessions.  The winner of the spin-off will be determined as the winner of that standing.  The losing challenger will be placed 1 (one) standing below.  The length of the spin-off will be 2 (two) minutes. If machine malfunctions within the first minutes of play, player will be moved to next available session.
  11. Management reserves the right to change, modify, alter or cancel this promotion at anytime and without prior written or verbal notice.
Catch of the Day - Father's Day Hot Seat Promotion
  1. TO ENTER: Must be a Players Club member to participate. By participating in the promotion, the guest agrees to be bound by the official rules of the Promotion. This promotion is open only to individuals who, at the time, (i) possess valid photo identification, (ii) are a Players Club Member, and (iii) age 18 and older.
  2. Employees of The Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino, its parent companies, sales representatives and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible for this giveaway.
  3. PRELIMINARY INFORMATION: No purchase is necessary to enter. The Catch of the Day, Father’s Day promotion begins on Sunday, June 16th, 2013 at 8:00AM Pacific Standard Time (PST), and ends on June 16th, 2013 at 5:00PM (PST).
  4. SELECTION OF WINNER AND ELIGIBILITY FOR PROMOTION: On Sunday, June 16, 2013, Twenty (20) winners will be selected at every hour from 8:00AM to 5:00PM on all Slot Machines and Table Games. One (1) winner will be selected on Table Games and one (1) winner on Slots. Winners will be chosen randomly by a computer generated program through OASIS and or BRAVO (Slots and Table Games tracking system), operated by the Marketing Associate/Table Games Supervisor and verified by an additional Marketing and/or a Table Games Associate. Guest must have at least a coin in of twenty dollars ($20) and thirty (30) minutes of play to be eligible for the slot hot seat. To be eligible for the Table Games hot seat, guest must have thirty (30) minutes of play and an average bet of ten dollars ($10) a hand.  A Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino Premiere Club Supervisor/ Marketing Coordinator will announce the winners over the casino floor PA. The winners will have ten (10) minutes to report to the Premiere Club Desk located in the Casino of the Sun and/or alert a Tachi Palace Hotel and Casino employee that they are on their way to the Premiere Club immediately
  5. Prizes: Each guest will choose a fish and will receive one (1) of the prizes below. Each winner will also receive a *Mother of Pearl Money Clip*.

  6. CLAIMING PRIZE: Guest must have in their possession a valid and current photo ID at all times such as a Drivers License, Passport, Mexican Consulate, Residential, or State or Federal Government ID and social security card at the time of winner verification of drawing. Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino requires all winners to fill out a 1099, W-9, and verifies Social Security Number on all winnings. Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino assumes no liability once prize has been released to the winner and all appropriate paperwork has been completed. Winners are responsible for all applicable Federal & State Taxes. Guest may request a copy of all winnings in the same calendar year. This form is for Miscellaneous Income, per IRS Tax Regulations. No substitution of prize, transfer of prize or cash alternative permitted. If winner is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, disqualification will result with an alternate winner. Tachi Palace Hotel and Casino reserves the right, at it sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process of the operation of the Drawing and giving false information, resulting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. The value of the prize may be taxable income.
  7. General Conditions: By participating in the Promotion, members agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in these Official Rules, or the Promotion itself, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino, whose decisions are binding and final.  Winners may be required to complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and/or a Press Release. If winner is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, disqualification will result and an alternate winner will be selected.  By accepting the prize, where permitted by law, winners grant to the Tachi Palace Hotel and Casino the right to use and publish his/her name, portrait, picture, voice and likeness for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without additional consideration, without notification, review or approval.  Further, participants release and agree to hold harmless the Tachi Palace Hotel and Casino advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees representative and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use of misuse of the prize, participation in any drawing related activity, or participation in this drawing.
  8. Prize/Odds: Odds of winning in any drawing depend on number of eligible entries received for that drawing. Prizes are non-transferrable, cannot be assigned, no substitutions, exchanges, or cash equivalents. Limit one prize per day. Void where prohibited.
  9. 30th Anniversary Peel & Win
  1. PRELIMINARY INFORMATION: 30th Anniversary Peel & Win promotion begins Monday, December 10, 2012 at 8:00AM Pacific Standard Time (PST), and ends Saturday, November 30th, 2013 at 6:00PM. The contest is open to all current Premiere Club Members who, at the time, are (i) age 18 and older (ii) possessing valid photo identification and (iii) Must be a Premiere Club member. Participants agree to be bound by the official rules of the Promotion. New Premiere Club members can be added to monthly mailings based on play within 30days of sign up.
  2. 30th Anniversary Peel –N- Win:
    • Promotion limited to Premiere Club Members.
    • Monthly Peel & Win post card with four (4) weeks of entries attached.
    • Entries need to be redeemed at the Premiere Club during their valid dates.
    • Drawings will be held every 30th of the Month *(February’s drawing will be on the 28th) at 6:00PM at the Promotion Stage of the Casino of the Moon.
    • Thirty (30) names will be drawn.
    • Winners need not be present to win.
    • Winners not present on drawing days will have thirty (30) days to redeem medallion from Premiere Club.

  3. Entry Tickets:
    • Weekly tickets will need to be redeemed at Premiere Club Desk during the week of validation.
    • Guests are asked to fill in phone number and email address for winning notification.

    • Drawings will be held on the 30th of each month (February will be on the 28th).
    • Drawings will be at the Promotion Stage in the Casino of the Moon at 6:00PM.
    • Thirty (30) entry tickets will be drawn for current month’s Peel & Win Medallion. If present, winners will choose their Peel & Win Medallion.
    • The winners First Name, Last Name initial and Premiere Club number will be posted at the Premiere Club Desk one (1) hour after promotion. Posting will remain up through the month.
    • Guests will have thirty (30) days to visit the Premiere Club Desk to redeem their Peel & Win Medallion.
