$100,000 Must Go! - Cash Giveaway
  1. TO ENTER: This promotion is open only to individuals who, at the time, are (i) age 18 and older (ii) posses a valid photo identification and (iii) a Premiere Club Member. Participants agree to be bound by the official rules of the Promotion.
  2. Employees of The Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino, subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible for this giveaway.
  3. PRELIMINARY INFORMATION: "$100,000 Must Go Cash Giveaway" promotion begins Monday, April 9, 2012 at 8:00AM Pacific Standard Time (PST), and ends Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at 6:30PM.
  4. Drawings: 18 winners will receive their share of $100,000 every Wednesday beginning April 18, 2012 through May 23, 2012 at 7:00PM in the Casino of the Moon promotion stage. Must be present to win.
  5. Entries: Will be redeemable at Premiere Club, and Guest Services during the posted hours of operations:
    • 1 Free Entry for becoming a new member during promotion period.
    • 1 FREE Daily Entry Ticket per Premiere Club member.
    • 1 Entry Ticket for Bingo Buy-in.
    • 1 Entry Ticket for each $1,200 jackpot or higher.
    • 1 Entry Ticket for every 500 points earned daily and must be redeemed on the day points were accumulated.
    • *1 Entry Ticket for any purchase at the Buffet.
    • *1 Entry Ticket for Hotel Stay.
    • *1 Entry Ticket for any Spa Purchase.
    • *1 Entry Ticket for Gift Shop Purchase of $25 or more.
    *Must present proof of purchase to Premiere Club, not valid for Comps. On Hotel Stay, present check out receipt, not valid for Comps. Please see Premiere Club for more details
  6. Entries: Will be redeemable at Table Games and Poker Room in the following ways:
    • 1 Entry Ticket on Blackjack for a Suited Blackjack.
    • 1 Entry Ticket on Baccarat for natural "9" total for the bank. (each seated player receives an entry)
    • 1 Entry Ticket on Baccarat for natural "9" total for the bank. (each seated player receives an entry)
    • 1 Entry Ticket on Pai Gow, Ultimate Texas Hold'em or Poker for Jacks Full of any or better.
    • 1 Entry Ticket on Three Card Poker for a Straight and above.

  7. PRIZES / DRAWING:
    • Wednesday's at 7:00 PM- Three (3) Guest will be drawn for Cash Prizes. If guest are not present, a new name will be re-draw from the barrel. Guest will win $1,000 in Tachi Cash Free Slot Play.
    • All cash Prizes not claimed will be added to next week's top prize (winner 1).
    • Guest prize is based on the order they are chosen from the barrel.
    • Winners must be present on final drawing.

  8. The value of the prize may be taxable income. Winners will be required to sign a press release (if applicable), provide valid photo identification and social security card.
  9. All contestants have three (3) minutes to report to the promotion stage area and/or alert a Tachi Palace Hotel and Casino employee that they are on their way to the stage area immediately.
  10. Upon arrival to the stage, the contestant will have a maximum of five (5) minutes to provide a valid government issued photo ID and a Premiere Club Card to be eligible to receive prize.
  11. CLAIMING PRIZE: Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino assumes no liability once prize has been released to the winner and all appropriate paperwork has been completed. Winners are responsible for all applicable Federal & State Taxes. Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino requires all winners to fill out a 1099, W-9, verifies Social Security Number on all winnings. Guest may request a copy of all winnings in the same calendar year. This form is for Miscellaneous Income, per IRS Tax Regulations. No substitution of prize, transfer of prize or cash alternative permitted. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT TACHI PALACE'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE PROMOTION AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
  12. General Conditions: By participating in the Promotion, members agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in these Official Rules, or the Promotion itself, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino, whose decisions are binding and final. Winners may be required to complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and/or a Press Release. If winner is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, disqualification will result and an alternate winner will be selected. By accepting the prize, where permitted by law, winners grant to the Tachi Palace Hotel and Casino the right to use and publish his/her name, portrait, picture, voice and likeness for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without additional consideration, without notification, review or approval. Further, participants release and agree to hold harmless the Tachi Palace Hotel and Casino advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees representative and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use of misuse of the prize, participation in any drawing related activity, or participation in this drawing.
  13. Tachi Palace Hotel and Casino reserves the right, at it sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process of the operation of the Drawing, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to falsify information, annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. The Tachi Palace Hotel and Casino is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by their advertising or promotional agencies.
  14. Management reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion at anytime and without prior notice.
