Player Development Manager
“Hello everyone, I have been with Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino since January of 2011. I have been working in the Casino business for over 30 years and have worked in places like Las Vegas, Atlantic City, the Mid-West, Florida and the Caribbean.
I really enjoy what I do. The best part of my “job” is meeting and conversing with our VIP guests. I have always believed that listening to your guests is always the best way to run a business.
We have a great Casino Host department and we strive every day to make sure that our guests have a superior experience when they come to the Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino. My motto is “always treat a guest as if they are the most important person you’ll meet that day”, because each one is.
I look forward to meeting each and every one of you, whether on the Casino floor or at one of our many VIP events.”
"Working as a Casino Host gave me a huge opportunity to interact with our diverse clientele. The experiences I received from working at Guest Services and as a Player Development Rep helped me developed and honed my knowledge of our players and of our programs. I wish to provide our VIP’s with quality and friendly service so they will feel comfortable and relaxed making them want to come back again and again. I am also fluent in Tagalog.”

“Hiyit (Hello), I have been working here for a little over a year as a Casino Host. The majority of my employment history has been with the Tachi Palace Hotel and Casino. I started here back in 1988 when we were just a bingo hall with no slots. I got the privilege of working many departments and gaining as much knowledge as I could about our gaming facility. Through the years I have been able to cater to our guests and provide excellent customer service. I did leave for some time and got the chance to come back and have the pleasure to meet some of our newer guests, as well as reacquaint myself with some from my first employment here. My goal is to leave guests with an experience that they will want to come back and see us again.”
