Fakhoury’s path to victory wasn’t easy—after years of applying online, she seized the chance to audition locally at Tachi Palace. Following an in-person interview and puzzle-solving assessments, she was selected for the show. Ryan Seacrest hosted her winning episode, making her the first grand prize winner since Seacrest became the host.

A lifelong fan, Fakhoury grew up watching “Wheel of Fortune” with her grandmother, making her success a deeply emotional moment. Her winnings include a $10,000 trip to Romania and the $100,000 grand prize. She plans to save a portion, support her family, and continue her tradition of attending Dodgers games.
