Lemoore, CA – Tachi Palace Casino Resort is excited to present chart-topping Mexican American singer Roberto Tapia on Saturday, May 13^th at Tachi Palace Yokut Hall. The show will start at 8:00 p.m., with doors opening at 6:30 p.m.

Tickets for the show are on sale now and can be purchased on-site at the Resort Cash Cage, Coyote Entertainment Center, Yokut Gas Station, online at tachipalace.com, or by calling 1-800-514-3849. Ticket prices range from $40 to $85. Premiere Club Members will enjoy $5 off each ticket purchased when they show their rewards card for on-site purchases only.

Roberto Tapia is a multi-instrumentalist regional Mexican music singer, who is becoming one of the most sought-after Latin musicians of the genre. With a mellifluous tenor voice, his many corridos have won him fame and fortune across Latin America, but he is also equally adept at singing banda, romanticos, and in the 2010s, mariachis. Tapia became well-known for his 2009 song “El Niño de la Tuna,” but his chart success is best defined by the eight Top 10 albums he released between 2010 and 2015, including Mi Niña and El Muchacho, which hit #1 on Billboard’s Top Latin Albums chart.

In addition to arranging his own songs, he has also worked with Enrique Iglesias, Romeo Santos, and Paulina Rubio. His 2017 album, Esto Es Sólo el Comienzo, was critically acclaimed for its meld of up-tempo banda anthems and soulful norteño ballads. In 2019, he branched out further by releasing Por Siempre Ranchero, his debut collection of mariachis. His latest album, 10 Aniversario, was released in 2022. Tapia was also one of three coaches on the first two seasons of La Voz Kids (The Voice Kids), a Spanish-language version of The Voice featuring American Spanish-speaking children on the Telemundo Network.
