Giveaway begins at approximately 8:00 a.m. (PST) on August 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (PST) on August 31, 2008. All winners must provide valid photo identification and Premiere Club card. Employees of the Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino are not eligible.
How to Enter the Giveaway:
(i) Connect to Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino’s World Wide Web page at www.tachipalace.com and enter the giveaway by filling out the entry form with your e-mail address and full name. After you complete the entry form, press “submit” and you will be entered into the giveaway. No mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Participants must complete the entry form and provide a valid e-mail address. Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, or delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature or lost entry forms. Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino is also not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information, whether caused by Internet users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the giveaway. In addition, Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino is not responsible for failed, incomplete, garbled, misdirected, or misrouted electronic communications, whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment associated with or utilized in this giveaway. In the event of a dispute regarding the individual who actually submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered.
All requested information must be completed to enter. No purchase is necessary to claim prize. Limit one (1) entry per person, e-mail address, or household. By entering, all participants agree to be bound by the official rules of the giveaway.
This giveaway is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry, are (i) legal U.S. residents, (ii) age 18 and older and (iii) Premiere Club member. Employees of The Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible for this giveaway.
Drawing:
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted the every Thursday of the month from among all eligible entries received. Management decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway. Odds of winning are based upon the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by e-mail from The Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino.
Prizes:
(4) SpaCation packages: Two (2) nights accommodation, for 2 persons, dinner for two at the Coyote Grille Restaurant, 2-Fifty minute spa treatments per guest per day, 2-Pool passes per guest per day. Gratuity is not included. Alcoholic beverages, additional treatments, retail purchases, room service, and all other services not included in the package are the winner’s responsibility. Prize package reservations subject to availability and validity dates, you must check with the property. Blackout dates apply. Prize package is non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-refundable. Prize package is valid 6-months from the date issued; packages may not be extended beyond the validity dates and retains no cash value.
Approximate retail value of Prize is US$700.
General:
All prizes are subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. All taxes and any other fees or costs associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winners. The prize is nontransferable and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made. In the event the Grand Prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value. Each winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release within 7 calendar days of the date when such documents are sent to winner, or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. The prize will be awarded to verified winners. By entering the giveaway, participants agree to release The Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injuries of any kind sustained in connection with their participation in the giveaway or from their acceptance, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize, or for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering, or announcement of any prize. Participants further acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including, but not limited to, its quality or fitness for a particular purpose. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of his/her name, likeness, voice, and/or biographical information by The Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino, for advertising and promotional purposes, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Entries become the property of The Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino and will not be returned. In the event of non-compliance with the official rules, if a winner cannot be reached at the phone number in winner's entry form within 5 calendar days of the first attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, the particular prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
