The famous and long running Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino World Series of Poker qualifying events continued to grow in popularity this month. The tournament sold-out at 160 players and 36 alternates were entered through the first hour for a total 196 players. Noticeably absent was 2007 W.S.O.P. Champion and member of Team Tachi, Jerry Yang. Jerry spent the weekend representing Team Tachi at the NBC Heads-Up Championship at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas. Look for the broadcast in April on NBC.
