Entrée:

• Smoked Apple Pork Loin
• Salmon Pacifica

Entrées are served with Fire Roasted Herbed Potatoes, Sautéed Wild Mushrooms, Smashed Sweet Potatoes, and Fresh Steamed Vegetables.
