To be considered for a donation or sponsorship, you will need to submit a written request to the Marketing Department via fax, e-mail (our donation request form) or mail to the address listed below.

All donation requests must be received at least 60 days prior to the date the donation is needed.

Request must be on official organization letterhead that includes the return address and phone number of the person or organization submitting the request, or click on the donation request form and fill it out completely.

All requests will be reviewed for consideration by the Marketing Department.

All requests will receive a decision in writing within four weeks of receipt.

Limited to one (1) request within a 12-month period.

No telephone applications will be accepted.
