Approximate Hours: Reports To:	40 Emergency Response Supervisor
Purpose:	Provide exemplary customer service to the Guests of the Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino by protecting the residence of the Santa Rosa Rancheria, employees and guest; establish a safe environment and normal situation, administers first-aid treatment and life support care to the sick or injured persons in a pre hospital setting.
Qualifications/Duties:	Responds to medical / non-medical situations on the Santa Rosa Rancheria, Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino and surrounding area Maintains vehicle, medical and communication equipment and replenishes first-aid equipment and supplies Responds to fire alarms and other emergency calls in the Hotel, Casino and Santa Rosa Rancheria Maintain a safe work environment for Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino associates & guests Ensure that all safety procedures and practices are followed according to OSHA / CCGC7 regulations Conduct regular safety inspections in patrol area and responds to directions from surveillance and communications as needed Valid EMT –1 License. 0 to 1 year experience Valid CPR License Valid California Drivers License F.I.T. Certification obtained within 6 months
